I was born in the small town in the North-West Poland in 1983. My parents used to run the antique restoration shop, so for most of my childhood, I was surrounded by baroque furniture and Victorian style paintings. I think it was so deep-rooted in me that without even realising it started later appearing in my photography.
I started my photography journey in 2014 with zero knowledge, but I knew one thing - that this was what I wanted to do till the rest of my life. I pushed myself to the maximum and tried to learn as much as I could in a short period of time and practice as much as my life allowed me. From the very beginning, I was drawn to painterly pictures, moody scenery and deep, rich, warm tones. It was just a matter of time when all the puzzles came into one piece, and I found and developed my own style which is described by others as captivating, striking, dramatic, graceful and timeless. I love capturing children's eyes as for me this is the way to touch their soul. Each session is different as each child is different, but they have got one thing in common - their intense look straight into my camera which leaves me speechless.
To create my photography, I use both sources of light - natural and studio. I love playing with light and shadows. The thing that inspires me the most is music. I am in love with fine-art and prime lenses.
I completed Photography Diploma at the Institute of Photography in February 2015, and I received Distinction in Advance Diploma Photography in March 2015.
In December 2015 I was nominated to become the Photographer of the Year 2015 by The Guild of Photographers. I have been twice the finalist at the International Child Photography Competition. Multi-awarded with Gold and Highly commended medals by the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.
In May 2017 I was titled at TNPS as The Children Photographer of the year 2017 in the UK in outdoor category and Runner Up in Family Category.
